DEVELOPING THE BUSINESS PLAN (& FINANCING NEEDS) / Scenario Planning (Deutscher Text folgt in Kürze)

Whatever you do, you need to sell your plans to your board, investors and shareholders. And you need to make sure that you secured the necessary financing for your innovation or transformational initiatives.

One my core strengths has always been the ability to dive deep into the structures of financial models. Whatever the underlying assumptions are, whether explicitely formulated or hidden, I will most likely find them so that we challenge the models together and get a good picture of opportunities and risks. Of course no one can predict the future, how particular makets or core customers will react or how political effects will affect the world. But together we can make sure that we did our best in order to plan for the future.
